The WFM product solves highly complex problems, using algorithms to predict forecasted volumes and matching scheduled agents to required staffing levels with calculated shrinkage but the interface does not need to be complicated.
Add agents to the schedule and the graph tells you that you are over or under your staffing need. Like the schedule from last week? Copy it to this week for a single agent or for all of them. Then publish to agents on their own portal to see their individual schedules.
